Guarantee that the puppy is free from contagious disease for a period of 10 days following leaving their residence. They strongly suggest that the puppy be examined by a veterinarian within the 10 days.  Should the puppy be found to have any contagious condition the Schorr’s will reimburse vet costs to correct the condition. We cannot be responsible for acquired illness after 10 days.  Guarantee that the puppy has no congenital condition that would kill or disable the animal. This guarantee will hold to 4 years old. Should the dog be found to have a congenital condition which should either kill or disable the dog, before the age of 4 years, Holly and Steve Schorr agree to replace the puppy with another puppy of equal or greater value. Veterinary confirmation of the condition must be furnished to Holly and Steve Schorr

Guarantee that the puppy will pass O.F.A. certification before the age of three years.
Guarantee, unconditionally, that the temperament of the puppy is sound and stable.
